Welcome to EriDesignAfrica.ng. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our platform.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

All embroidery design files sold on EriDesignAfrica are digital products. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

• Personal embroidery projects
• Commercial embroidery production on physical garments
• Creating finished products for sale

You may NOT: Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the digital files themselves.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payment is processed securely through Paystack.

4. Downloads & Access

After successful payment, digital files will be available in your account dashboard. Download links are valid for 60 days with a maximum of 3 downloads per file.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Contact us within 7 days if you receive a corrupted or mismatched file.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
